Great communication, have used the services of Karl Tattler for renting out our property and then to handle the sale. Very good team, always on hand to support and give you the best service. Emma from rentals was excellent and Caleb from sales, great service highly recommended.

We rented through Karl Tatler for some years with our property, they always found great tenants and helped us manage the place at a distance. We have just come to sell the house and they also handled that really well for us from start to finish - would recommend both the lettings and sales service.

We spoke mostly with Faye at Karl Tatler. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. All emails were quickly followed up on, we were kept in the loop on any next steps. They are absolutely amazing.
