Our initial thought was to list with an estate agent who had a lot of boards in our area however it soon became clear we were simply a number to their books. After several weeks with next to no interest we spoke with Liam were he established a marketing plan so we knew what was happening, when it was happening and why. 14 days into Liams fresh plan we accepted an offer above our asking price. Liam then stepped in and negotiated the purchase price on our new home potentially saving us 15,000 from what we were willing to go to.
