Replaced a mixer tap in bathroom which required two visits on the same day as the tap I supplied was inappropriate. The plumber was a very polite and professional young man who turned up punctually on both visits and was able to complete what I had anticipated would be a complicated job by removing the sink very efficiently. The appointment was made on the Friday for the following Monday which I thought was a very good service. I would definitely recommend this company Service: Faucet installation

We needed a new combi boiler for my Dads flat and tried several local companies. Some didnt respond but Alan came straight back and called to look at the job a couple of days later. He then called and talked through various options and gave some very helpful advice and suggestions. We then agreed on the best option and Alan followed up with a very detailed breakdown. Unfortunately he was very busy at the time and clearly stated the first available date he could do the job, which was a few weeks off but we needed the job doing sooner (it was cold) and so had to going to a national company and pay a lot more so we couldnt give him the job this time but will try him again next time.
