After unexpectedly having to sell my house, Ricki came and did a fair and competitive valuation. Even though he joined the branch after we had accepted an offer on the house, Dan did his utmost to push this emotional sale through, keeping me updated at every stage. So ! We have just sold our house through Bradshaws in Heswall and cant recommend them highly enough Firstly we met Ricky who really sold the firm to us and left us in no doubt it was Bradshaws we should use , his visit to our home was a delight , his skills at writing up the house and taking photos was superb . When we rang up for advice the phone was always answered and the staff boys And girls were so pleasant and helpful But I guess that was the easy part !!! Your house sells but then months go buy and you need help advice , things also happen in your life during this time you dont expect which makes it even more difficult and you need somebody to lean on and to moan at and help you Stand up and Take a bow DAN CRAWFORD a real shining light in that office !
