        Used the company several times before. Unfortunately I bought a house as a rental, empty and requested them to conveyance. 1st time Ive used Dominic and would never again. Took over 5 months and he never called me back once. His team couldn't answer why it wasn't moving forward. Only moved forward when I made a complaint to the complaints department in Liverpool. 12 months later sent personal documents to the rental House. Literally can not think of 1 thing I could recommend them for.

        I would warn anyone who has a buyer using this company to ask them to use another Conveyancing solicitors before starting the process of selling your house to them. This company is very unprofessional they have spent the last 5 months basically doing nothing. There has been no meaningful contact with my solicitor in nearly 4 months. The Conveyance solicitor at the Heswall branch leaves and they do not inform anyone.They do not replace this person to cover outstanding sales. They are beyond belief when it comes to communication. They have just cost their client a house sale. AVOID this company at your peril!!!
