        I phone to ask about servicing my mower, get there having been told to come through and they're closed. I call, only to be told that they are on lunch. I explain that I've driven for 30 minutes to get there and he says so what, I must wait!!?? What kind of customer service is that? I'll go elsewhere, thanks for nothing.

        Fast, friendly and efficient service, I took my mower in to sharpen the blade. A "while you wait" service was offered and the job was completed in around 10 minutes. Many thanks to the staff at S.M Lawnmowers
