        Over priced, low standards and very poor customer service I booked a clean for my living/dining room, kitchen bathroom and hall, stairs and landing, was quoted 210, so I paid 80% up front, the cleaners turned up late and once they had finished I realised they hadnt cleaned windows, light fittings and hadnt even hoovered under the coffee table, let alone under the sofa! There was dust on the windows and the bathroom hadnt been touched. Looked like someone had had a quick wipe around in the kitchen. Manager was sent photos but then insisted she wanted to come to my house and see for herself and agreed that it was below standard, promised to get back to me the following week but never did because she said she was too busy I finished the clean myself and asked for a partial refund, this was flat out refused. Services: General housekeeping, Standard cleaning
