        Very expensive just to trim ends of hair.

        I had my hair coloured here, I had it bleached and then coloured. I have had my hair bleached/dyed multiple times before so I know how my hair reacts, and I had a skin test with the colour before my appointment. Service was lovely and all of the staff were very nice, however I think they either made the bleach too strong/left it on for too long as it burned my scalp and I now have scabs on my scalp from this and it is very tender, none of which has ever happened before. I was not informed of this at the time, so not sure if it wasn't noticed or if it was but I was not informed? I have emailed and since had a response, however it was more defensive saying it was bound to happen due to the chemicals, so I will not bother coming in as do not feel there will be much benefit as the damage has already been done Service: Hair coloring
