I was surprised to see the previous review from Helen . I have been coming to Louise for over 12 months .During this time I have been consistently delighted with my hair . The service is of a high professional standard .All the staff are well trained and helpful . This hairdresser is definitely most knowledgeable color specialist I've come across! Completely saved my hair after a bleaching disaster at a different salon. 2 appointment later & my hair is feeling & looking great again.. not cheap but worth every penny!.. months on, my hair is so much healthier x

Went to the little Sutton salon last September. Only two staff working and they were very busy. Having been in there for several hours I was left several times as walk ins wanted appointments and phone needed answering. I timed the third time I was abandoned and it was exactly 8 mns in the middle of a blow dry. The highlights were even thats the best I can say about the whole experience. Salon was dull and unwelcoming and Im not at all surprised it has now closed down. I was charged 168 for the privilege of sitting in a glum salon with ceiling tiles missing and possibly the worst blow dry ever! Didnt and couldnt recommend to anybody.

I didn't even book an appointment here because the male receptionist or staff member was so rude. He behaved like a petulant teenager when I was making enquiring so I took this as an indication of the professionalism of the salon and went somewhere else. In response to the salon's reply below - I was visiting family and the phone was answered by a young man who said he was the front desk person. Seems their approach to service continues even in written form to be underwhelming.
