I have posted a picture on here showing part of the balcony that has not been finished off. I have got a leak in my ceiling and we have had to have some of the plaster taken down. I've had to ring round to find someone to finish off the job. He has told me that he will come round and do the work, I particularly wanted it done before my mum's wake and he said he would do it, but it is still not done. He now ignores my calls. You can't email him because his emails are all full up. He has left my balcony unsafe for children because they can climb onto a slanted roof I'm fall off. See photo. The only thing I can say about him he's got the gift of the gab, and that is about it.
