I have never had such a warm welcome as what I get when I walk into Heswall Dental Practice, Paul on reception is an asset to the practice.... Genuine and sincere. I saw him walking an elderly lady to her car. Its nice to see people still care. The staff always have a smile on there faces and are so polite and approachable. I had Katie look at my teeth, I could not feel a thing. She was so gentle and caring and made me feel at easy the second I walked through the door. Thank you to all the staff see you in 6 months.

I would not hesitate in recommending Heswall Dental Practice. The treatment I have received has always been professional and to an excellent standard The people that work in the practice are friendly and go out of there way to make you feel relaxed and at your ease. The best compliment I can give them is that my visit to the dentist is no longer looked on with trepidation and fear, Well done and thank you

I am an incredibly anxious adult when it comes to the dentist but everyone goes above and beyond to make me feel safe and at ease, everyone is incredibly kind, patient and understanding, I'm never made to feel silly or like a nuisance. Heswall dental practice is the best surgery with the most wonderful staff who always go to the extra effort of making people feel safe and welcome.

Absolutely fantastic dentist. I have been with them for almost 2 years and seen by Faye and Kate. They have been excellent with their treatment and care. Today I was seen as an emergency and yet again their treatment and care was phenomenal. Thank you !

Had my first appointment here today at Heswall Dental Practice and it's safe to say I will never be changing dentists again. Due to previous bad experiences at a dental practice in Wallasey, I was so nervous about this appointment. I had worked myself up to be a massive ball of anxiety that almost didn't make it through the door because of how nervous I was. The staff here were extremely understanding and I can highly recommend Oli to anyone who might also be a nervous patient. All the staff were really lovely but Oli went above and beyond to make sure my experience with them was a positive one. He has such a wonderful manner about him and after I explained how nervous I was, he done his best to calm me down and make me feel at ease. I had a full check up and a scale and polish and I don't know why I was so worried in the first place. If anyone is nervous about visiting the dentist, give Oli a visit. He is honestly the best at what he does and he's now stuck with me as a patient for life.
