This was my home NAS and the only critical data was photos which are backed up to the cloud but there was a lot of things I wanted. A quick call, booked in, completely transparent and reasonable pricing. Recovered my data quickly and also gave good advice. Jarad is a legend. Comms brilliant, recovery of ALL data. Prices very good. Would use again but the kind of service you hope you never have to.

Absolutely brilliant company and do exactly what they say on the tin!! Jarad was totally honest and transparent about whether he would be able to retrieve my data from a damaged external hard-drive. No false expectations - said it exactly how it was. His communication from the moment I dropped off the hard-drive through to when the job had been completed, was excellent. He fully appreciated the stress and worry I was under and kept me fully informed. The subsequent outcome was 99.9% successful data retrieval and a very happy customer. I honestly can't rate the service I received highly enough and would definitely recommend if you need professional and timely support.

this company did for me what i thought was impossible, lost data (photos) which are worth more than any money, very pleased with the outcome to say the least, i thought all was lost but ALL was retrieved. communication was top level and explaining the process to a non-tech minded person like myself was made simple
