Communication from start to finish was 1st class so I was always up to date with every detail from arrival of the drive via Special Delivery, to the diagnosis, costs and eventual full recovery of my data. i thought i had lost it all - a proper laptop meltdown - unfixable i was told - but Dragon Data Recovery managed to recover all my data. Very good communication from start to finish - and a great outcome. would recommend.
