        I bought a menu planner board which I am very disappointed with as the writing will not remove so cannot be used. What makes this worse is all my messages are being ignored. I had a response to my first message but since that I have heard nothing. The board I bought has been discontinued which says it all.....

        Custom service here is absolutely brilliant, products are amazing and they truly do go the extra mile. I had an issue with my item, through no fault of the company and purely down to the delivery company, I let them know just for info for future and they handled it brilliantly and insisted they attempted to rectify the issue. Amazing service, cannot fault this company at all!

        Shocking customer service !! After they messed up my order and then re-sent it out wrong for the second time, they had the audacity to blame me for their failings and were very rude about it to. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
