        I have benefited from Phil's IT support for many years. I have never had cause to complain and have never felt insufficiently supported - and frankly, I have not had this level of support and consistency with any other IT provider. On this most recent occasion Phil stayed on the case to resolve my issues after hours and after he should have packed up for the weekend. All issues resolved and in a pleasant and supportive manner. I strongly recommend Phil's services in system support, individual device support and online security help.
