Was withdrawing money from account which had been dormant for some time. The lady I dealt with couldn't have been any more professional, helpful & courteous. Humorous to boot! Excellent branch...a pleasure to visit!

Disgusting opening hrs 10 am - 2pm and no Saturdays makes me wonder if Halifax are still hiding behind covid.Staff lovely very helpful

Great staff but great staff are no good if the place is not open when you need it. 10 - 3 (edit.... now 10-2) weekdays and closed all weekend is useless if you work full time. Even just 1 5pm finish would be better.. edit, reduced again by 1 star to 1 star due to opening hours being reduced again. Now 10 - 2.. what's the point?
