My second purchase from Heston Automotive, I part exchanged my VW Polo and was offered good money which I am pleased with. Moving on I brought a Mercedes C180, Eesa is was very accomodating, very knowledgeable! It was a very pleasant experience. Eesa is the best I have dealt with no doubt. From start to end. you really feel you are in the right place to make a purchase. Eesa answered my questions with so much knowledge and made the whole purchase experience pleasant. Purchased an S5 B9 from these guys in January 2022, was sold the car with warped brakes which after a little struggle they decided to cover the cost of. The car has literally been riddled with problems ever since buying it. Sold it 11 months down the line as it was in the workshop almost every single month. Engine began leaking from 2 separate areas, had coolant leaks, and even the gearbox started leaking which made the car drive horribly.
