Wasn't very impressed with the customer service, travelled for about an hour to test drive a car after booking the test drive over the phone to be told we would need to book a test drive to drive the car out of the business estate. The sales person didn't seem very interested in selling the car, clearly knowing how much of a waste of time it was, just giving us the keys then going back to their phone upon arrival rather than talking us through the car's details, showing us around similar cars etc. The car itself wasn't clean, had quite a few scratches and worn seats not declared on the website, poor tyres and didn't run well, getting the feeling it hadn't properly been taken care of by the previous owner.

I had a recent dealing with Alghdeer, the sales person was very accommodating to my needs. The aftercare service is reassuring and gives you much needed peace of mind. Very pleased and would recommend. I would buy again from them.

Please don't go to this shop. He took my deposite and not returning it even when I just looked at car once. Car didn't have MOT.
