Started physio due to ligament damage in my ankle. Shariq has been excellent and well worth the money. He provides a great service and advice for a quick recovery. Couldnt recommend any higher, great guy as well.

Primal Physio offers exceptional service and treatment. It was clear from the first appointment that patient care and rehabilitation is at the forefront of Shariqs practice; he takes time to listen to clients needs and does all that he can to support. He also shares his knowledge to help keep patients informed. On top of this, Shariq is charismatic and relatable, which brings a welcoming atmosphere to the sessions. Ultimately, I would recommend Primal Physio for any physio-related issues.

Shariq has been treating me for the last 5 months, and has really helped me get back to full fitness from my injury. His knowledge and treatment technique is excellent. I can not recommend him enough. 5*

I had lower back disc pain for more than a year. I tried every possible remedy and therapy but nothing worked, then someone recommended Primal Physio and it actually did wonders. After just one session I started feeling relief, Shariq Malik is so knowledgeable and meticulous. I am extremely pleased with my results so far with and I am continually getting better after each session. 100% recommend.

Had my shoulder injured in the recent past. It was horrible. But really glad i found Shariq Malik at Primal Physio and didnt go anywhere else. Recovering fast, highly recommend.
