wonder full shop bought our sofas and lighting , QUALITY PRODUCTS@AFFORDABLE PRICES very well explained about the products for what we were looking for and had it delivered and installed with in the promised time. prices were better than all the big retailers and specially staff were friendly in store and delivery team were great . All we can give is 5******. for Service /quality /delivery lead time Defenetly will shop again. Thank you

Terrible customer service. Brought a 3 different lights from the store. One turned was installed for less than 2 weeks and it stopped working, the manager refused to give us a refund for the fault item. It was not mentioned previously that they would not provide refund especially for faulty items. They like to take your money, but not actually care about what they sell to you, whether its good quality or not

Very unprofessional. If you deal with one individual, you will have to keep dealing with the same man and wait until he is back from holiday. There is no system. I bought 6 chairs, delivered to my house. 2 of the new chair legs were short so I had to send them back get repaired. Waited few weeks to get prepared when I called to chase they said the guy you dealt with is on holiday and wait for few days. If its a business, a business should deal with customers. No one is responsible and accountiable.
