There are hardly any classes available for children at this facility. Although the premises have been recently renovated, they are not well-maintained, with consistently dirty floors, toilets, and showers. The swimming pool water is also unclean and appears to be rarely changed. Customer service is unsatisfactory, with unwelcoming staff. The mobile app is unstable, and the wifi is weak, with no phone signal once inside. Most classes lack engaging instructors, and many are disorganised and chaotic, requiring constant communication with management to address issues, even after joining and no one ever responds to your complaints or feedbacks. I am trying to quit but they are not letting me and not responding to me from last one week.. Overall, this club is not worth the money and should be avoided.

This gym has so much potential! Great equipment and facilities but it is always a mess. Weight are left everywhere and there are no signs in appropriate areas telling patrons to put their weights away. It gets to a point where the gym is unusable at times. Also trash like preworkout bottles are just left on the floor. I have never been to a gym with such poor gym etiquette! While I appreciate this is due the inexperienced patrons this issue needs to be addressed ASAP. The club needs to establish an appropriate gym culture and that is the responsibility of the staff and patrons. I have brought this up many times with the staff and it seems like they have given up on this mess.

I am so very appalled by my experience today! I have been publicly humiliated and threatened today by a member of Heston staff called Georgina Luccket. I have been a member of David Lloyd for years and have always maintained gym and spa etiquette. This involves dressing appropriately in the spa. The lady embarrassed me in front of everyone in the spa when she asked me to leave the spa for having a towel wrapped around me. I was wearing a bandeau and bikini bottom with my towel wrapped around me- nothing about my appearance deemed inappropriate. To publicly humiliate me and say everyone needs to leave the sauna and steam room because this lady here is naked made me very uncomfortable and completely ruined my experience for me. When I told her that, she humiliated me and her behaviour was completely unprofessional and rude, she proceeded to threaten me and say Ill be outside. I have multiple witnesses that heard everything that happened too. I come to the spa to relax and Im so disappointed and upset that Ive been treated so poorly.
