MSC Accident Repair Centre

When my rear bumper was damaged by a motor cyclist,I was given few garage options by my Insurance company,after doing a bit of research I chose MSC ,not only I dont regret it I am extremely pleased. Their service from the beginning right to the end was excellent and professional. Once the job completed,I had a call to arrange the delivery. It was delivered by Kalyan, who kindly notified me before delivering,he was extremely friendly and polite,and went through everything. Highly recommended without any hesitation.

My car was hit by a bus and luckily only sustained minor damage. They organised MSC as the repairer, and I had no objections. They told me it would take about 6 days to repair, which did surprise me, as the damage was relatively minor, but that wasn't a major issue. Very courteous and professional thoughout. As I wasn't able to pick up the car on the day the repairs were complete, they arranged to deliver to car back to my house and post the keys through my letterbox. The repair was excellent. Would definitely have given 5 stars but for some reason my car wasn't cleaned like they said it would be (possibly an oversight?) before it was returned to me.
