Staff is rude and unprofessional.

Wandana receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a medical reason for the call and not to be encountered with this sort of behaviour. Practice manager must be employing straight from the job centre untrained. Maybe some staff training is long over due

Having been with this surgery for a number of years, in recent times the decline is clear to see! I understand the NHS SERVICE is currently under strain however I do not believe this level of service is good enough. I have been off work for health reasons and in hospital and needed the surgery to write a sick note for my time off being over 7 days! I was told to come to the surgery to fill a form in which doctors would then write me a sick note and it would arrive on my mobile. I then called 5 days later to the receptionist informing me they had no record of me requesting a note and I mustnt of come in. I was told to come in again and write this form for a second time and told the exact same thing on the phone as the first time. It seems the practice have no records of anything or try to help in any way when you phone they make you feel bad for calling. Terrible and the management do need to look into how its being ran

Female doctors are very haughty, and rude. They do not like to spend money on their patients. Good luck with trying to get a referral for a scan or wanting to see a dermatologist, or a nose and ear specialist! You could go without being considered for a referral for years, because of recommended cheap "alternatives" to save themselves money. Even though the recommended "alternative" does not work, it will still be encouraged that you continue using it for years before giving you the treatment that you requested, but word of warning, it will feel like a battle. They don't care for their patients, nor do they bother checking up on them, so please expect nothing more.
