THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CORRESPONDENCE ALSO TREAT SUBCONTRACTORS VERY POORLY AS THEY ASK FOR SUBCONTRACTORS TO DO WORKS FOR THEM AND THEN THEY GO QUITE AND IGNOR CALLS WHEN DUE TO MAKE PAYMENTS THIS COULD LAST FOR FEW MONTH IN BEST CASE SOMETIMES EVEN MORE AND HEARING NOW THAT MANY SUBCONTRACTORS REFUSE TO WORK FOR THEM AS SIMPLY HENRYS AND ITS DIRECTOR DOES NOT PAY DUE PAYMENTS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK FOR THEM AS SUBCONTRACTORS

I worked on 225 City Road project (The ARC) one of the worst projects in all aspects. Worked as DM with Romanian gang management team who don't know their left from their right. The PM & director on the job at best are formans and they have nothing to do with project management, they came straight ahead from Romania and never worked for anyone other than Henry . Crooked staff not paying anyone! 3 Managers left the job in less than 3 months meaning people leaving more than those joining. They're a bunch of crooked cowboys! they don't even pay their consultants and subi properly. The bomb is I discovered a ''Petitions to Wind Up'' against Henry construction dated 12 November 2021...shocking right? google the gazette website notice No 3927594.

This must be the low cost construction company. I marvel at who would give them contracts. Their work at Cortland Cassiobury is a work of mediocrity (at best). Leaks galore, shoddy finishes, workers that spend more time on their phones!! One thing they're consistent and expert at - DELAYS! Use them at your peril. Service: Structural construction assistance

As a resident of one of their current construction projects I am shocked by the lack of professionalism, shoddy workmanship and time wasting on site. Access to large sections of the complex remain inaccessible more than 12 months after they were meant to have been completed. I guess you get what you pay for if you take the lowest tender offer huh?

Henry are the biggest cons around. If you have any morality or humanity stay away from these idiots. They done work behind our house and ended up damaging our shed with a digger. They get silly subcontractors that cannot understand anything. Project managers and site managers are unqualified or educated. My dog understands more than Henry construction. I have even seen the work they are doing. I can guarantee that they are cutting corners without following legal procedures. Stay away from illegal company.
