Wouldnt consider this care home to anyone staff are very abusive towards a family memeber staying there didnt cater for their needs never gave any helpful feed back when concerns were raised my child was found with bruises on him various times in the end I found recorded evidence from a phone I used and heard them being very abusive to my son ... resulting in me calling the police and then safeguarding this care home. When I spoke to other parents I found they also had the same concerns I would not advise this care home to any one there is no interaction from the careers what so ever through visiting the home various time would see staff on there phones who were and would just leave clients in rooms all day do not send your child or sibling or any to this care home

My child was discharged from this same care home they had access to her medical record as she non verbal had it called discoloration had her record corrected as bruises now she is back home. Her belongings and medications were refused to be given back even with police intervention. After nearly 1 month all belongings given to third party another care home to be stored in their corridors- medication smached and her long hair was wrapped around her combs not given back clean. Quite a few of her belongings did not come back. Her medical exemption card denied back and like her personal money not accounted for. I can honestly say her dignity and personal belongings were invaded by leaving her things in the landing of another care home plus they are not communicate via email phone nor any methods so small claims is where i am going with this damaged socked in cosmetic items and smached allergens medication. Tenants of any care home in england have rights a fact this care home lacks to pay attention to. All issues have been forwarded on to police.
