        All customers pls note, NEVER work or trust Mr Gill the director of the company especially with the RENT Guaranteed Agreement. He never pays the rent on time and may take so long and time wasting.

        What a joke! This place is called "5 Star Estate Agents" but they treat you with, at best, 1 (ONE) star service and attitude. I am a landlord of a property they manage, but they have been late on my "guaranteed rent" for 3 months. Whenever I call, or email, they ignore and say "The money will be there next week". It is always constant lie. They have a very poor reputation as well among the community. Save yourself the hassle. Do NOT deal with Gill or anyone at "Five Star Estate Agents" . I will be filing an official complaint shortly with the government.
