        Children services; the Team Leader bullies and her bullying makes her laughed at because she makes incorrect accusations and has nothing better to do. The Head of Business Support is lazy and doesn't want to deal with bullying because it would mean she will have to leave her home to attend office to do some real work. Empty new building, waste of money as most staff "work from home" mainly the Assistant Team Managers of which there are way too many. An absolute mess. Hounslow Council needs to do a big cull to rid the trash recruited in management. One star for some of the very helpful and friendly staff in IT except for the one who looks like Jabba the Hutt, who is incompetent and has an attitude. Another star for some of the BSOs who work in Children Services doing all the work, their Team Manager and her many ATMs are a utter waste of space compared to them. Bullying reported to the Council.

        Hounslow Social Services is indeed racist and will only provide a service for you if you are a female. The knowingly allow children to be abused and protect the mother to tick a box. Maybe get their next promotion or protect their job whilst children are traumatised for life. The system is broken, its not child centric at all.

        Be very careful with Hounslow social services, the RACISM here is very bad. I know social worker name Anne is a racist, and I can prove that. Stand up for yourself. I did and I beat them. I WILL BACK MY TALK.
