I work in a IVDR company in Norway. We needed someone to help us get some frozen serum samples from the University hospital in London to us in Norway. It was also important to have someone that could provide full service from packaging material like styrofoam to dry ice. cool cargo provided this. As agreed upon they picked up the goods and packed it accordingly and it was delivered to us shortly thereafter. All this was done with great service and communication to an affordable price. 10 out of 10.

Terrible company. Unprofessional, unreliable, full of excuses why shipment collection was delayed again and again. No tracking or information provided. Very expensive. Can't get through on the phone and nobody available to help or provide any sort of decent service. Avoid at all costs. They are a middle-man anyway which I have found out, just booking the collections with a 3rd party, so go direct and save all the hassle and a load of money.
