        We needed some medicine for our child. Staff was quite responsive on WhatsApp and was very quick in confirming the medicine is available. I was also told that they can send the medicine by post and should reach on specific time. As I needed the medicine urgently I mentioned we will come in the evening and collect it. However, I did not specify the time as I could see operational time for the store. We travelled for an hour with a poorly child and when we reached around 4:30 the shop was closed. We called the numbers no one picked up. Next day after noon, I started getting messages from the same number regarding quantity. All I can say is they are delivery services for the homeo medicine & the shop is not operational as they claim in the website. They said its because staff shortages this week, however I wasnt told that. I wont trust/comment on the quality as there is no info on that, so you have to believe what they say. Im not okay with that! Recommend they work on their professionalism & honesty. Would never trust them again!!!!

        I find the place accessible easily. Good consultations. I grew up in Delhi and Meerut and Lucknow with Homeaopathy and Ayurveda. I have more faith in these two our natural systems.
