        I refer to th Nass Burger on the Great Western Road, Heston, Hounslow/Osterley not Southall. I once saw a huge rat run across the floor of this fast food place. I screamed and told the man behind the counter, but he just nodded and laughed. So I repeated what I'd said to him, but again, he just laughed. I then watched the rat ran into a hole below the counter and into the area where food was being prepared and cooked. I still cannot believe what I saw that day. Ive never returned to Nass since. Eew! Yuck, yuck!
