The Crosslands Surgery

This gp staff is very rude and unkind . I have difficulty speaking English and they make fun of that . When I call them to make a appointment they disrespect by saying what are you saying ? I don't understand sorry I forgot you are pakistani and you can't speak English and they laugh . They never give appointment it's like they get the pay for not helping . And if they give you interpret she will be more mean then she make me fell useless when I asked her something like saying you should have know it it's so easy however the doctors are very nice and kind . They understand you and help you . I think they need to change the staff . The receptionist staff is very very unkind I can't tell you .

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and have constantly been battling with the reception staff. The lack of care and compassion towards patients is second to none. Every request, whether it be an appointment or a sample, seems to be the biggest inconvenience ever known to man. The only reason I have continued to take my family to this practice is because of the doctors but this surgery should really be reconsidering their front of house staffs capabilities, customer service and care. Patients already feel vulnerable and anxious, there is no need to be belittled and dismissed when trying to seek help.

What are the opening hours? Stood outside at 730am according to the times shown. This need updating, people arrange their day's schedule based on the info you show.

I would say the receptionist is very rude and unhelpful especially Renuka . Although doctors are really nice . I called today at 1 as my 2 year old son had been prescribed antibiotics which he was having from 3 days but still he got high temperature . I requested for phone appointment if available . Renuka questioned me if I am a new patient because I didn't call at morning 8 . She was very unkind and unhelpful as always . If some emergency comes at 1 pm den am I not supposed to seek help the same time .
