S & B Car Sales

The vehicle had begun showing a red oil pressure light. This was diagnosed by SB Car Sales as an issue with the timing chain, as well as a snapped coil spring. In addition to this, the misfire on the vehicle had not been resolved since being in the hands of the garage. The car was returned to SB car sales on the 9th January for repairs. I had very little communication from the garage, and my faith in the integrity of the car had dwindled. When needing an update, I have had to initiate contact every time. The date for me to collect the car had been changed on 3 separate occasions, with the garage extending the scheduled time of repair. I have had to pay to stay in London throughout all this as I was originally told it would be a three day repair..I then requested a full refund in which they took weeks to pay me back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Man called Sam who runs it. Has kept me waiting for 3 weeks for a reply! I asked him 3 weeks ago about getting work done on my car which he told me he would get back to me about but hes completely ignored me. Thereafter I messaged him AGAIN about getting work done and all he done was get very rude and all of a sudden only 3 weeks down the line he NOW decides to tell me the garage is a different number! Customer service is most definitely not their strongest point, thats for sure.

I visited S&B Car Sales in Heston. This site is more of a Car Repair centre. Dealing with staff was difficult as not enough space and Sam Dealing with multi customers. I have been in Motor Trade for 12 years and had done my own checks on the Nissan Pulsar. I did buy the car. Heston staff try their best.

These boys are brilliant I bought the car from them, and they own the garage as well they looked after me so well they have given me 6 months warranty instead of three months good people family running business
