They sub-let my property in contravention of the lease terms. They told me it was a company let but then claimed the property was theirs so they could let it to housing benefit claimants. They inflated the rent to the local authority and missed payments to me. I terminated the contract as soon as I found out. They never returned calls and blocked my number when they owed me money. I stongly advise any landlords to check who is in their property and any tennants to pay their rent direct to the landlord as you cannot trust Goldstein to pass it on when due.

I was 1st person on the company books in September 2015. I didn't receive my rent on any one date of the month. In last 9 months they missed transferring money 4 months in a row. It took me tremendous effort to recover the outstanding. I was paid in small instalments after chasing the Directors many times. I terminated my contract with the agency due above problems. This was agreed by the Agency Director but since both Directors stopped answering my calls and have not been paid for two months though they collected money from the tenant up to last day of terminated end date.

If I could give a score of zero I would! Please avoid this company. Both my father and myself used this company. They have never paid our rent on time. Each month there was a new excuse. They now owe my dad 2 months rent and are no longer answering their phones or returning any e mails or messages. Complete shoddy characters! Cannot believe they can steal from a pensioner!
