Mot Centre Heston

I had unfortunately broken down on church road, right opposite this mot centre. Tyre popped. Managed to get all 4 tyre nuts off except the last one. Despite all my efforts it wasn't budging. From my car to the MOT centre was a 10 second walk, at most. I asked if someone could help me get this last nut off, then I could do the rest. They had confirmed they had the portable electric wrench and someone to help. I was told they could help me but would charge me a call out fee. This job would take no more than 30 seconds from someone leaving their premises and returning. No compassion, I had my 1 year old with me when I told him my issue. No human touch. Abrupt manner. I eventually got in touch with another local garage who helped me free of charge. Avoid, plenty of other local garages who will have better customer service!

It is so difficult to find an MOT garage where they do not rip you off. Went to this Garage for the first time following recommendation. Sukh was fantastic, Everything was very reasonable and service was efficient. I will definitely be using this local garage again!

Very reliable and reasonable prices! Youll pay for first class quality work here!! My whole family been going to these guys for the past 9 Years. Its amazing how their business has grown over the years too. Welcoming and time efficient and no short cuts - the right guys to get the job done, hands on!!
