Shocking customer service from a place thats supposed to look after people, would not recommend ! Stay away..

Carers show attitude, make up their own working pattern and times as it is more beneficial to them to ignore agreed upon times so they can attend to person errands. Advised someone will call me back but no one calls back from their main office.

Not impressed! unprofessional careers who are not considerate to the people they are caring for. The Homecare staff in unreliable and wont take matters further. PLEASE STAY AWAY
