Useless UPS point they don't accept the Amazon return, they don't have scanner to scan the QR code. Don't waste ur time and money going here.

The worst store to deal with. Started with a Amazon item that had to be returned via UPS courier and it's clearly mentioned on ups website that this particular store does accept amazon returns. First time I arrived at the store and the grumpy person on the counter said "I am sorry but the labels to print for the returns are out of stock, please come back after 2 days'. I had no time to waste so decided to go to another service point which sorted my courier. Second time (Probably a month after) upon arrival Happen to meet the same person. Refused to take my courier saying "We do not accept amazon returns as we have been told by UPS services" I questioned him why does it state on their websites that this store accepts returns and his reply was "They must have not updated their website and that is not my problem". I had no choice but to approach another service point. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND SAVE YOURSELF FUEL/OYSTER FARE. THIS STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT AMAZON RETURNS VIA UPS COURIER.
