I'm a very satisfied happy customer. If I could give 10 stars I would. My laptop stopped working and I had important files that needed rescuing. I thought my laptop had died. From my phone call, followed up by taking my laptop there, I found Nadeem to be extremely professional and courteous. He explained the likely possibility of why my laptop wasn't working, and how he was going to tackle the repair. His technical knowledge and expertise were brilliant. He was also honest and gave me tips on how to maintain my laptop, and suggested other issues that may need addressing in future, without pressuring me.
