I recently had a terrible experience with Oriental Style Chinese take away, and I'm deeply disappointed with the quality of their service. As someone who follows a halal/pescatarian diet, I specifically requested prawns in my order. However, I was shocked to find out that they gave me chicken instead, which is unacceptable. When I called to inquire about the mistake, the person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me without offering any assistance or explanation. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to apologize for their mistake or try to make it right. They spoke very rudely and abruptly. As a customer, I expected Oriental Style to take my dietary requirements seriously and handle my order with care. Unfortunately, they failed to do so and provided me with poor quality service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Oriental Style Chinese take away to anyone. Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian
