Tills keep crashing, double charging customers, etc. Attending a hospitality trade show for a new system & Tevalis is in the Foyer and unable to serve customers. Looks like pandemonium at peak lunch time. Avoid.

NO NO NO .... AVOID. TRY TO FIX PROBLEMS FOR OVER A YEAR AND STILL ALL REPORTS ARE NOT MATCHING WITH MY PDQ MACHINE... ALSO NOT MATCHING WITH MY BANK STATEMENTS AND ALSO DOES NOT MATCHING WITH DELIVEROO REPORTS... A FAILER OVER A FAILER ... KEEP GIVING ME HEADHECK. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Jenna, Lydia and Darren were amazing through to process of implementing the new till system and couldn't ask for better guidance and support. The process of sale and implementation is almost perfect and left me at ease all the way until the end. The back office of the POS is one of the best designed and intuitive products I have ever used or seen and the front of house devices look sleek and are very responsive. Handheld device licenses get 2 in 5.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Especially new businesses who are already struggling with cashflow. A complete lack of organisation within management and ownership. I don't have the energy left to go into too much detail but I will say it was probably the worse tech experience I have ever encountered. And I lost a lot of money in the process. Keep away if you have the choice. Don't make the same mistake I did.

We have been with Tevalis for our multi site business from day one as we were signed up by their original manager James Corrigan who was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately as he moved forward, for last three years customer care, integration, technical support (they moved their support centre to abroad not sure exactly which country but I believe its India), sales reps and area managers has been diabolical to say the least. As I write this review my other Director is searching for other EPOS provider to move our business elsewhere.
