As a growing business we felt that we needed a more professional HR approach to our business but didn't necessarily want a full time HR Manager. We started working with Kellie at Humber HR People almost 2 years ago to help support us through some significant internal restructuring. Without a doubt Kellie has helped us reflect on our approach to engaging with staff, managing people and implementing change. We have also benefitted from improving our policies and procedures around the whole people piece, from recruitment, through induction to ongoing communication. Kellie at Humber HR has also run a number of training initiatives for the management team and employees across the business. We are looking forward to continuing to make the changes that our business needs as it grows with support from Humber HR people.
