Brewers Fayre Home Farm

Been a few times now but mainly because of the free play areas. 2nd to last visit they couldnt serve us food anywhere because they were short staffed (on a sunny Saturday only had 3 staff on?!) but rather than say there will be a huge wait on food, just said only 3 of us on so not serving any more people as too busy, especially not outside as we wanted to sit in the sunshine. Last visit was a mid week afternoon, 3 staff on but it was absolutely dead, tried to order food for outside but was told theyre not serving food outside. Even though the email I have received from brewers fayre says join us in the garden with food and drink the whole family will love. Clearly not. The outside play area has a step missing right at the top of one of the climbing frames which is really dangerous and should be picked up on the weekly checks of the apparatus surely? Positives? The food generally arrives pretty quickly and the indoor play area is free (although Im sure theyre probably meant to charge us for it).

Good service from friendly staff. Nice and quiet on the Tuesday when we visited. We arrived quite late, but no issues with getting food, which was great. Food tasted as you'd expect from a Brewers Fayre, so nothing special but no complaints.

Awful from start to finish. Nor enough staff, food awful, order wrong. In fact it was so bad it was funny.
