Jess is just the loveliest but professional person, and I always enjoy the time I spend in her salon. The atmosphere is so welcoming in and she is obviously very experienced and talented. Despite all this, she is also very humble and puts me at ease if I have any doubts! I would trust her judgement 110% and look forward to seeing her again! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my eye brows. I even cried when I saw the end result. I have put this off for so long and I dont know why. Jessica was amazing, explaining everything from start to finish. She was very calming and reassuring and what she has done is just amazing. Life changing!! Jessica made me feel so comfortable, I was extremely anxious as Id never had my eyebrows tattooed before. But she put me at ease and explained what she was doing every step of the way!
