2 Eden Grove Cottages

A well maintained holiday cottage in a perfect location for visiting the lakes or Northumberland national park. The owners made us feel very welcome and the cottage contained lots of additional home comforts. The property is close to several others so outdoor space is limited but there are a couple of seating areas so this wasn't a problem. There is on-street parking only which can get quite busy, but we always managed to find a space nearby. Overall, highly recommend.

I just wanted to say if your thinking of staying at 2 Eden cottage , then do it ! We had such a lovely stay at Eden courage , we have had the best week , the cottage is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking (even used the slow cooker ) on a number of nights, and the kitchen is a dream , we spent a lot of time round the table eating , drinking and chatting , a total change from day to day life . The log burner was welcomed at night , as it was a bit chilly , and unlike some places we have stayed , the beds were very comfortable. the local shop was so good , and very well stocked , and we did enjoy a few drinks in the local pub. our favourite day was a walk along the river , it was amazing , so its safe to say this little cottage is a little gem , and we will most definitely be back x
