HORRIBLE service in this store. We got 2 drinks that were labelled as a certain price but when the staff member put it through it was more expensive. Instead of fixing the issue, he just asked if we wanted to leave one drink because we questioned the price. Then he was very rude and told us that obviously the prices have been changed and he cannot change the cost on the machine. It was literally a computer says no moment. Then he said its not his fault and made out that we were the problem here. It is the staffs duty to make sure the prices listed in the store are the real cost and that customers should not be overcharged. There was no apology either. This man should not be working in customer service.

The website of WH Smith tells me they sell stamps. Well, they don't, according to the female assistant at the motorway services yesterday, August 25th (Charnock Richard? Southwaite?). After I returned to show her the web page, she unashamedly told me that they had stopped selling them now! Not one bit impressed, and I would be very interested to hear WH Smith's comments.

This unit is tidy smaller than some but still alright the staff in there are friendly
