I drove to the Watford branch today from St Neots, Cambs as was in desperate need of an A1 euroclass fireboard necessary for our new aga installation. The board was 1200x2400mm but I saw that the branch did a cutting service to cut it to the specifications of our aga. Unfortunately, when I arrived the employees informed me that they couldn't cut it as they're cutting service is for timber - completely my confusion as didn't look into the service closely enough. However, the board would not fit in my car. A number of employees came to my aid and eventually found a way to cut the board to the size I needed. I am extremely grateful to all the staff members at the Watford branch and wish I'd taken their names to mention them personally. Thank you!!

My experience at the Watford branch has been excellent so far. Phil from the electrical department downstairs has been great with advising us of what is necessary and the different options. We have also engaged with Steven from the bathrooms showroom upstairs. Again, his input and design tips have been invaluable.
