Since joining Sunils classes, I have seen my physical strength build in asana practice and my anxiety and mental health has improved with his gentle meditation teachings. Sunil is an inspiring yoga teacher who takes time to explain what he is teaching thoroughly to ensure a safe practice whilst also keeping the authenticity of this ancient practice.

I've been doing yoga on and off for most of my life and I can honestly say that yoga with Sunil is the best class I've ever found. Sunil, Jo and Grace are incredibly professional and kind yoga teachers who bring a deep spiritual dimension to the classes alongside the asanas and I never fail to feel a sense of peace at the end of every class. The online classes have truly saved me during lockdown! Would recommend to anyone.

I have been doing yoga with Sunil for few years now and really enjoy his classes and style. I have been doing yoga for over 20 years under many teachers and Sunil is one of the best. He adapts his classes, provides alternative options, listens to what his students needs, provides great advice and philosophy behind yoga. Since the pandemic he has been running on line classes that are still really interactive, good value for money and really helped me with my back and neck pain that I get from sitting at a table/home office most days. Would recommend anyone who is both new to yoga or an expert to try his classes!!

Yoga has been such a huge part of my journey over the past few years and I definitely have Sunil to thank for that. His teachings are a reflection of his profound spiritual nature. His classes are challenging yet very humbling. Sunil has a way of helping you completely connect with everything that yoga has to offer. He is genuine, thoughtful and a true gift to this community
