        The Norfolk retreat was amazing, a beautiful location and venue, clean, comfortable and really well maintained! Great food prepared by Jess! Great location and facilities, fabulous company and an amazingly wonderful yoga teacher! What more could you ask for!

        I have attended a few Yoga Events at Lotus Space and they have all exceeded my expectations. Abbie is an extremely calm tutor and not only are her Yoga teaching techniques amazing, she also creates a wonderful relaxing environment for the class. I thoroughly recommend Abbie's classes and look forward to attending many more.
