        I had my first lesson on zoom with Ze last week and it was just what I needed! I was feeling stressed and tense and it really helped me to relax. She was very good at guiding me through the session, where she offered alternatives for the more difficult poses and lead the class with a very calming and soathing tone. This class is great for any level of yoga whether that be beginners or advance as she is very adaptable and passionate about yoga. I can't wait for my next class.
