Logic Rc really looked after me when I had issues with my new rc cars after they quickly developed problems such as steering servos giving up very early along with a receiver both which must have been faulty (separate cars) but now Robotbirds has taken over with warranty claims Ive been trying to get two issues solved with waiting over a year and still not sorted! Robotbirds have given me the run around even dismiss that I have even made them aware of the issues! Then emailing me in the early hours of the morning (01:50) to disprove my claim lol what is going on bring back Logic Rc to certain outlets please

Wow dealt with many model companies in the past , and I must say Stewart at Logic Rc was , so helpful and response time is amazing If you need a model shop or help these have to be number 1 , he never rushed me or make me feel silly with questions

Fantastic customer service. Sent tx off to Logic RC as it wasn't powering up (fairly new transmitter) Within a couple of days or so was inform by email what they had done and that it had been posted. Recieved it the following day, well packaged and the radio was working just fine and no costs whatsoever. First class company. Would highly recommend. Many thanks Logic RC.
