        Our Samsung TV stopped working this week so engaged with Hertford TV. They told me if I brought it along and paid a 40 fee it would be looked at to diagnose issue and repair options and that 40 fee would be deducted from the final price. Turns out the PCB had failed and a replacement was offered for a satisfactory price. Only just got the TV back so all good so far. Only disappointment was that the guarantee on the new part is only 3 months. Was advised that this is the standard for manufacturers. Overall, a friendly and professional service and would definitely recommend and definitely go back if needed again.
